How can I download full resolution photos from a Flickr slide show?

To download a full resolution photo:
  1. While looking at photos in a Flickr slideshow, if you see a photo you want, pause the slideshow on that photo by moving the mouse over the slideshow to make the controls appear, and clicking on the pause control (lower left corner of the slide show).
  2. Click once on the photo you have paused on. You should see "Untitled by svogtflickr" appear in the upper right corner of the slide show. Click on "Untitled". That will bring you directly to the photo's page.
  3. Click on the photo in the photo page to display the photo on a black background with a "View all sizes" link in the upper right. Click on "View all sizes". That will display the photo again on a white background, but with a choice of sizes/resolutions above the photo. You should see "Original" as one of the choices.
  4. Click "Original". That will bring you to another page where you can click "Download the original size of this photo" (the link is to the left above the photo), and save it to your computer.
If the above steps don't work:
  1. Go to the photo set on Flickr. There should be a link to it on the page with the slide show. When you get to the photo set page on Flickr, you will see a page containing some thumbnails of the photos in this photo set. Locate the thumbnail of the photo you want. You might have to page through sets of thumbnails if the photo set is large.
  2. Click on the thumbnail representation of the photo you want. This will bring up the photo page.
  3. Follow the above procedure starting from #3 to download the photo to your computer.
